Based in Manchester, PASTRAMI NOW was founded in 2015 by Adam Zdravkovic and Richard Whitmill, two friends who met at Leeds University many years ago through their love of cooking and eating good food.
PASTRAMI NOW is an independent street food company. We make our own pastrami and salt beef to a secret recipe, and serve it in huge grilled sandwiches (as well in other exciting menu items) to hungry people.
We trade at street food markets, beer taps and other foodie events like GRUB in Manchester, Magic Rock Tap in Huddersfield, Levenshulme Market (our home!) and Digbeth Dining Club in Birmingham.
We are experienced in catering at weddings of up to 180 guests and can also cater for a variety of other event types.
We are not only good for our home-cured meats! We are passionate about creating new products and have developed a range of tasty vegetarian and vegan menu items.
